BITS & PIECES FLAVORS:
MINTI MORSELS – Got mint? This recipe has two kinds, peppermint and spearmint mixed into a base that includes Brown Rice flour.

CARROT CRUNCH – Back in the day when our family was involved with Paws With a Cause, we had the good fortune of dog-sitting for a Golden Retriever named Captain. Best darn dog ever, I swear, like a big Teddy Bear. Anyway, this recipe mixes up Quinoa and Carrot Flakes and it’s darn crunchy.

BAC ‘UN BITES – What smells like bacon, drives our canine friends crazy, yet isn’t bacon at all. These little bites, that’s what, due to the bacon flavored soy pieces infused with Barley and Rye flours among other things.

GINGER GEMS – Ginger has a reputation for being easy on the digestive system, making this the perfect treat for your baby if they have a sensitive tummy. Then there’s the fact that ginger just plain tastes yummy too!

CINNA-MINIS– Fifee is our little foster child. A Papillion / Chihuahua mix, she just has to check out what’s going on in the kitchen whenever these little nuggets are being prepared for baking. Since Fifee is nearly toothless, I try to make these on the smaller size.

BANANA BAKES – Bella, our black Lab and former Paws With A Cause service dog, loves it when we give her pieces of fresh banana, so wouldn’t you know that these little Bakes are among her favorite treats.

CHERRY VANILLA THRILLA – Super calla fragile lipstick, oh whatever. Anyway, more fun than a barrel of chimney sweeps (with apologies to Dick Van Dyke) cherry flavoring is added to Brown Rice and Rye flours for a light and crunchy treat enjoyed by fur babies everywhere. Even rabbits, I’m told.
